1. How to track a parcel?
Ans. To track your product, you'll receive a WhatsApp text update once your
order is dispatched with the tracking link attached to it.
2. What is the delivery time?
Ans. The order gets dispatched within 24-48 hours after placing order and will reach you in 5-7 working days.
3. How to return a product?
Ans. To return a product:
- Visit our website www.youthrobe.com
- Login using the mobile number you placed order with.
- Go to My Account, and you'll find a Return option there.
- Place a Return Request and we will process the request after verification.

Note: In case of Returns, make sure to make a video of packing and
handing over the product in intact condition for future reference.
4. How to exchange?
Ans. To place an exchange request:

- Login using the mobile number you placed order with.
- Go to My Account, and you'll find a Return option there.
- Place a Return request.
- We will process the request after verification and send you the replacement piece.

5. In case of COD orders, how will get my money back?
Ans. Once your return parcel is picked by the delivery boy, intact. A message (SMS) will be sent to your registered mobile number. You have to enter your account details where you want your refund and submit. A refund will be initiated and will reflect in your bank account within 4-7 working days.
