Youth Robe is committed to delivering your order with good-quality packaging within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sundays & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest period, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Book Post or Speed Post.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 3 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. It may take time to Delivered the parcel in some cases because of courier issues in that scenario we will escalate it to the logistics partner and if we don't receive any update or the parcel has not got delivered within 30 days of the escalations. We will initiate a full refund if it's a prepaid order.

What if the product is received in damaged condition?
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +918815426360 or email us at ecommercegokul@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing are intact when you send us the product back.

What if the parcel has been marked delivered but I have not received it?? 

In any case if you didn't receive the parcel but the logistics team has marked it delivered. You have 45 days to raise a claim after 45 days after delivery of the parcel marked by the logistics team.
We will not entertain any claim stating that the parcel has been marked but you have bot received it after 45 days of order delivery. 


Order cancellation after dispatch can attract shipping charges. There will be no charges before dispatching the parcel.

 Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return to Origin and not accepting the parcel or in any such cases

To avoid this cases when you are out of town or unavailable please contact our support team via email at ecommercegokul@gmail.com immediately so we can solve this issue before the parcel turning into RTO 

As per our policy, our company has to bear forward and RTO charges from respected logistics and courier companies so we are not going to issue any refund informant. 

In special cases, we can initiate a refund in RTO after deducting forwarding and RTO Fees. That can vary from order to order.

But still the Customer has the option to pay us the shipping charges and can get the product ship back to him automatically. 

 Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 The final jurisdiction of any legal case or anything related to the YOUTH ROBE will be Harda jurisdiction.
