We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong thing so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Evaluation may take upto 7 days after filing of the return.
Final Decision are in hand of Company no one can challege this decision in court.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards and in case your pin code is not serviceable, you will have to ship the product back to us.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

The product should be original with all the intact tags and polybags. The product should not be damaged or used. You have to provide everything to the courier boy while they pick up the parcel. If you are unable to pick up the call or provide the required things we will try two more times to connect you. If QC (Quality Check) fails, there will be no further action from our side and your request will be declined.
Final decisions will be in the hand of our company whether to accept the return or exchange and we will finalize it by checking the product. No exchange or return will be applicable if you have used any kind of voucher. A new product or refund will be done after we receive the product at our warehouse. For (COD) Cash On Delivery, a Refund can be only done with a Youth Robe Gift Card. Only prepaid customer will receive the refund in their bank account or their source of payment method if they have not use any coupon or special discount.If prepaid customer use any type of coupon or special discount they will also receive Youth Robe gift card.
Youth Robe Gift Card can be redeemed at any time in the course of a year from the date of issuing, it will expire after one year.
All the conditions can only be changed and voided and removed by our brand (Youth Robe).
We can also deduct return fees in rare cases when we find the customer is harming our company in any way or trying to defame the company.
Final jurisdiction of any legal case or anything related to the YOUTH ROBE will be Harda jurisdiction
